Abstract:
Disclosed are a honeycomb system and a material box storage and sorting system. The honeycomb system comprises at least one modular storage unit, wherein a plurality of modular storage units correspond to a sorting apparatus; and each modular storage unit comprises a set of dual-goods-location material box storage and picking shelves (101), at least one lifting machine (102), at least one shuttle vehicle (103) and at least one power station (104), with the set of dual-goods-location material box storage and picking shelves (101) being parallel with each other to form a roadway where the shuttle vehicle (103) operates, the power station (104) being arranged at two ends of the dual-goods-location material box storage and picking shelves (101) or in the middle thereof, and the power station (104) being integrated with a transmission mechanism (301) and a support frame (302), wherein the transmission mechanism (301) is respectively connected to the shuttle vehicle (103) and the lifting machine (102) to perform goods transfer between the shuttle vehicle (103) and the lifting machine (102). The system can improve the delivery and storage efficiency and storage density of the shelves, save on the amount of space occupied, and improve the sorting efficiency of the storage shelves.
