The transverse cords of each level of a ladder cord (2) are formed by two transverse cords (6a, 6b), an intersecting section (7) being formed on the transverse cords, a slat (1) being inserted between the intersecting section (7) and one of the vertical cords (5b) of the ladder cord (2), a riser cord (8) being inserted between the intersecting section (7) and the other vertical cord (5a) and between the transverse cords (6a, 6b).
