Abstract:
The present invention relates to a horizontal LED device and to a method for manufacturing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a horizontal power LED device and to a method for manufacturing same, in which the LED device is manufactured using the advantages of conventional methods for manufacturing horizontal LEDs and vertical LEDs, thus enabling high output and high efficiency of the device.
