Abstract:
A hot-dry rock robot explosion-hydraulic composite fracturing well drilling and completion system and method. The system comprises a ground control system, a robot (17), a drilling execution system, an explosion fracturing execution system, a hydraulic fracturing execution system, an orientation execution system, and a reentry execution system. The robot (17) controls a reentry tool (20) to put down a drilling pipe string (32), the drilling pipe string (32) performs a drilling operation on hot-dry rock double horizontal wells (31), and the drilling pipe string (32) is pulled out by a coiled tubing operation vehicle (9) after the drilling operation is completed; the reentry tool (20) puts down an explosion fracturing completion pipe string (33), drags the explosion fracturing completion pipe string (33), and sequentially performs explosive fracturing at a plurality of fracturing points; and drag a hydraulic fracturing completion pipe string (34) to a setting well depth position, and fracturing fluid prolongs the length of an explosive fracturing crack (35) under a high pressure until the double horizontal wells (31) are communicated by means of the crack. The system implements intelligent closed-loop drilling, reduces operation costs, optimizes a hot-dry rock crack network, and reduces the risk of a "heat transfer short circuit".
