Abstract:
A method for producing colored semi-worsted wool/acrylic fiber blend sirospun yarn. The method comprises: using a worsted-wool spinning machine to perform siro spinning on two semi-worsted wool/acrylic fiber blend rovings of different colors to produce a finished colored wool/acrylic fiber blend sirospun yarn product; mounting an auxiliary spinning device on a machine frame (14) between a yarn output point of a front roller (11) and an upper leather rod (12) and a yarn guiding hook (13) of the worsted-wool spinning machine; and in a spinning process, controlling, by using a pair of yarn guiding rods (4) of the auxiliary spinning device, the position of a twisting point of the two blended rovings relative to a twisting triangular region (16) , and adjusting the shape of a siro spinning triangular region so as to change the number of fibers of each of two colors distributed on a surface of finished yarn, such that the color effect of the yarn surface is changed, and corresponding colored sirospun yarn is produced. The advantage of the method is as follows: a worsted-wool spinning machine does not need to be modified, and the yarn surface of colored sirospun yarn produced on the worsted-wool spinning machine has a large adjustment range of the distribution ratio of two types of fibers and a more obvious color change effect.
