Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a hot-rolled steel sheet which is obtained at low cost and has low anisotropy during cold drawing, while having a small strength change before and after a heat treatment; and a method for producing this hot-rolled steel sheet. A hot-rolled steel sheet according to the present invention has a component composition that contains, in mass%, from 0.160% to 0.20% of C, from 0.01% to 0.10% of Si, from 0.70% to 0.90% of Mn, 0.030% or less of P, 0.030% or less of S, from 0.001% to 0.10% of sol. Al and 0.010% or less of N, with the balance being made up of Fe and unavoidable impurities. This hot-rolled steel sheet has a Ceq of from 0.30 to 0.32, a sheet thickness of 6 mm or less, a tensile strength of from 410 MPa to 500 MPa, a tensile strength after a heat treatment, wherein the hot-rolled steel sheet is held at a normalizing temperature of from 890°C to 940°C for 30 minutes, of from 410 MPa to 500 MPa, a tensile strength difference before and after the heat treatment of 50MPa or less, and ∆r of from -0.20 to 0.20, said ∆r being the index of anisotropy of the r value.
