Abstract:

Disclosed is a hot-rolling high-strength medium plate for a double-faced enamel. A substrate of the microstructure thereof is ferrite or ferrite + pearlite. A Ti4C2S2 precipitated phase and a Ti(C, N) precipitated phase are dispersedly distributed in the substrate. The hot-rolling high-strength medium plate for a double-faced enamel comprises the following chemical element contents in mass percentages: 0.02-0.15% of C, 0.10-0.50% of Si, 0.3-1.5% of Mn, 0.006-0.035% of S, 0.01-0.08% of Al, 0.006-0.015% of N, 0.08-0.20% of Ti, 0.02-0.10% of Cu, and the balance being iron and other inevitable impurities.
