Abstract:
A housebreaking alarm method and device (30) addressing the problem in which a current home video monitoring system cannot determine whether an identity of a person entering a room is valid. The housebreaking alarm method comprises: when detecting a monitored object entering a room, performing a facial recognition on the monitored object (101); determining, according to a facial recognition result, whether the monitored object is an invalid intruder (102); and if so, transmitting an alarm message to an associated terminal (103). The solution can effectively determine legitimacy of a person entering a room, thus avoiding the problem in which a family member entering the room is mistaken for an invalid intruder.
