Abstract:
The present invention relates to a humanized anti-human OX40 monoclonal antibody, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The humanized anti-human OX40 monoclonal antibody provided by the present invention has a high affinity and a high specificity for OX40, and can stimulate T cells to secrete cytokines, for example, the monoclonal antibody specifically activates the immune positive regulation of OX40, thereby activating T cells in order to make same secrete cytokines. Therefore, the functional humanized anti-human OX40 monoclonal antibody provided by the present invention can activate T cells by means of activating the OX40 signaling pathway, thereby realizing the purpose of tumor immunotherapy.
