Abstract:
Disclosed are a hyaluronic acid hydrolaze and an encoding sequence thereof, and a method for preparing an oligomeric hyaluronate by means of using same. The nucleotide sequence encoding the hyaluronic acid hydrolaze can be transferred into engineering bacteria through methods of transduction, transformation and conjugal transfer, and the hyaluronic acid hydrolaze is efficiently expressed by means of regulating the expression of the encoding gene, which provides an effective way to produce oligomeric hyaluronic acids. The use of the hyaluronic acid hydrolaze to hydrolyze hyaluronic acids has the advantages of simple operation, mild conditions and a higher efficiency, and the resulting oligomeric hyaluronic acids have a relatively high purity; in addition, hyaluronic acid hydrolazes from a fermentation source are low in cost, and are therefore also suitable for large-scale industrial production.
