Abstract:
Provided is a hybrid drive device (1) in which a motor (40) is positioned upon a second axle (AX2) which is parallel to a first axle (AX1) upon which a transmission (30) is positioned, said hybrid drive device (1) comprising: a main case (4B) which houses the transmission (30) and the motor (40), and further comprising an aperture part (4Bc) which is opened on the transmission (30) in the axial direction on the side opposite to an engine; and a rear cover (4C) which closes the aperture part (4Bc). By positioning the motor (40) such that a portion thereof overlaps with the rear cover (4C) when viewed in the axial direction, it is possible for the motor (40) and the transmission (30) to be positioned close to one another, allowing making the hybrid drive device (1) more compact in the radial direction.
