Abstract:
When a hybrid control mode is in a series mode and in a charge mode, if the vehicle speed drops below a predetermined value (S10-S14), it is determined whether the SOC of a high-voltage battery is less than a predetermined value (S16). If the SOC of the high-voltage battery is less than the predetermined value, ignition timing is corrected by being retarded (S18).
