Abstract:

A hydraulic buffering system for implementing balanced force output, comprising a unidirectional fixed ratio pressure relief valve (10), a piston assembly (4), and a cylinder assembly, the unidirectional fixed ratio pressure relief valve (10) comprising a valve core (101), a first accommodating chamber (102), a second accommodating chamber (103), and a third accommodating chamber (104); the valve core (101) is arranged in the second accommodating chamber (103); a first end of the valve core (101) is connected to the first accommodating chamber (102); a second end of the valve core (101) is connected to the third accommodating chamber (104); a shunting channel (106) is provided in the second accommodating chamber (103), a feedback oil hole (105) being provided between said shunting channel (106) and the third accommodating chamber (103); the unidirectional fixed ratio pressure relief valve (10) is arranged in the piston; the first accommodating chamber (102) is connected to a rod chamber; and the shunting channel (106) of the second accommodating chamber (103) is connected to the rod chamber. In the present hydraulic buffering system, the unidirectional fixed ratio pressure relief valve is arranged in the piston, such that the output force of hydraulic buffers on the left and right side is equal, and the original hydraulic buffer structure is not changed; the hydraulic buffering system has stable mechanical performance, a simple structure, and a wide range of application, and is conducive to maintenance and replacement.
