Abstract:
Setting the minimum line pressure at or above a fail-safe pressure for securing a minimum limp-home driving force in case of a closed failure of a throttle valve interferes with improvement of fuel efficiency. In the present invention, when the throttle valve (22) fails in the completely closed state, a switching valve (26) is switched by a first solenoid valve (S1) so that the input port (26I) and a first port (26j) communicate. A modulator pressure is supplied to the discharge port (22c) of the throttle valve (22) via the input port (26I) and the first port (26j). In the fully closed throttle valve (22), the discharge port (22c) communicates with the output port (22b) and the modulator pressure is supplied to the control oil chamber (20c) of the primary regulator valve (20) and regulates line pressure.
