Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a hydraulic control device for hydraulic work machines, a hydraulic control method for hydraulic work machines and a program which ensure sub-oil-pump responsiveness at the time of use. [Solution] A transmission controller for a transmission equipped with a mechanical oil pump for supplying oil to the transmission, an electric oil pump for temporarily supplying oil to the transmission on the basis of a drive request so as to make up for an insufficient oil amount when the supply of oil from the mechanical oil pump to the transmission stops or is insufficient, and an electric motor for driving the electric oil pump, wherein an air discharge command for discharging air which is stored in the electric oil pump is generated and outputted to the electric motor when the elapsed time which has elapsed since the electric oil pump is driven equals a prescribed time, and the electric motor discharges the air which is stored in the electric oil pump by driving the electric oil pump on the basis of the outputted air discharge command.
