Abstract:
A hydraulic control system for a fully hydraulic wheel rock drill comprises: an oil tank (1), a first oil pump (2), a second oil pump (3), a first priority valve (4), a first manual selector valve (5), a second priority valve (6), a first manual quadruple valve (7), a second manual quadruple valve (8), a pilot valve (9), a pilot handle group (10), a pilot control quadruple valve (11), and a second manual selector valve (12). The control system supplies oil to four support oil cylinders, a steering oil cylinder (13), a large arm lifting oil cylinder (23), a large arm oscillating oil cylinder (24), a propulsion beam oscillating oil cylinder (25), a large arm stick cylinder (26), an impactor (27), a rotary head motor (15), a thrust cylinder (16), and a compensation oil cylinder (17) of the rock drill. The control system forms a loop and has a clear structure. The invention allows execution components of the rock drill to be controlled.
