Abstract:
An open-air hydraulic rock drilling machine based on a loader (5). The open-air hydraulic rock drilling machine comprises a loader (5), a big arm device (2) is mounted at a front axle position of the loader (5), the big arm device (2) is connected to a single-rod drilling machine (1), and the big arm device (2) is used for controlling the single-rod drilling machine (1) to swing to a hole drilling position; a dust collecting device (4) is mounted on the loader (5), the dust collecting device (4) comprises a dust collecting pipe and an air blowing pipe, and the dust collecting pipe is connected to a machine head cover of the single-rod drilling machine (1); an air compressor (8) and an impact pump (9) are mounted on a rear frame (10) of the loader (5), the air compressor (8) is connected to the air blowing pipe of the dust collecting device (4), and the air blowing pipe of the dust collecting device (4) is used for conveying air volume of the air compressor (8) to the single-rod drilling machine (1), so as to implement a slag blowing function; the impact pump (9) is connected to the single-rod drilling machine (1), and the impact pump (9) is equipped with an independent hydraulic oil tank to provide impact kinetic energy for the single-rod drilling machine (1).
