Abstract:
[Problem] A hydraulic oil tank for a construction machine, capable of preserving the strength of a gauge arrangement section and, while in a state maintaining a prescribed clearance between an external cover and the hydraulic oil tank, capable of bringing a gauge closer to a hole in the external cover. [Solution] The present invention is a hydraulic oil tank (6) that is disposed on top of a revolving frame (2a) of revolving body (2) provided in a small hydraulic excavator, has a side surface (6a) facing an external cover (5) of the revolving body (2) at a prescribed clearance (20) therefrom, stores hydraulic oil supplied to a hydraulic actuator, and comprises a synthetic resin. The hydraulic oil tank (6) has a gauge (7) enabling visual confirmation of the oil level (8) of the hydraulic oil inside the hydraulic oil tank (6), via a hole (5a) formed in the external cover (5). The gauge (7) is disposed in the side surface (6a) of the hydraulic oil tank (6), is formed protruding in the external cover (5) hole (5a) direction, and has: a protruding section (7a) with a hollow interior; and window section (7b) comprising a transparent body, disposed in the end section of the protruding section (7a), and enabling visual confirmation of the oil level (8) of the hydraulic oil inside the hydraulic oil tank (6).
