Abstract:
In a hydraulic pipe wrench according to the present invention: guide grooves formed on upper and lower plates of a rotation body are slidably coupled to a support shaft of a fixing plate; a rotation plate is provided at the center of the upper plate of the rotation body; a fixing jig of which one end is connected to the axial part of the rotation body and the other end is connected to the rotation plate is provided so as to be tightened or widened by the rotation plate; both ends of a first cylinder are connected to the fixing plate and a rotation shaft; and each of the both ends of a second cylinder is connected to the rotation plate and the rotation shaft so as to rotate the rotation plate with the second cylinder, thereby holding and fixing the outer surface of a pipe while the fixing jig rotates by the rotation plate and tightens, and in this state, the first cylinder rotates the rotation body at a fixed angle while being driven, such that the pipe held by the fixing jig is automatically released or tightened while rotating in the rotation direction of the rotation body. According to the present invention: the outer surface of the pipe is held and fixed with the fixing jig, and the fixing jig is rotated at a fixed angle by the rotation body such that the pipe can be easily released or tightened; an operation of releasing or tightening the pipe is automatically carried out by the first and second cylinders such that elderly or female users having relatively weak muscular strength can easily use the wrench; the operation is carried out hydraulically such that there is no concern for the occurrence of diseases such as musculoskeletal diseases; and, particularly, the time required for releasing or tightening the pipe is decreased, thereby simultaneously improving work efficiency and the reliability of products.
