Abstract:
A piston pump 100 comprises a first biasing part 20 that biases a swashplate 8 in accordance with a supplied control pressure, a second biasing part 30 that biases the swashplate 8 against the first biasing part 20, and a regulator 50 that controls the control pressure directed to the first biasing part 20 in accordance with the pressure of the piston pump 100, the regulator 50 having: an external spring 51a and an internal spring 51b that extend and contract in conformity with the tilt of the swashplate 8; a control spool 52 that moves in accordance with the biasing force of the external spring 51a and the internal spring 51b and adjusts the control pressure; an auxiliary spring 61 that exerts, on the control spool 52, a biasing force against the biasing force of the external spring 51a and the internal spring 51b; and a housing chamber 65 that houses the auxiliary spring 61, a signal pressure that exerts thrust against the control spool 52 being directed to the housing chamber 65.
