Abstract:
The purpose of the invention is to suppress divided pressure loss during raising operations for a swing boom and achieve good combined operability while suppressing a decrease in fuel economy. A hydraulic system for work machines comprises: a first hydraulic pump 2a that drives a swing hydraulic motor 3; a second hydraulic pump 2b, 2c that drives a boom cylinder 4; a first pump volume increasing valve 51a that controls the volume of the first hydraulic pump 2a; a swing pilot pressure sensor 12 that detects the amount of swinging; a boom raising pilot pressure sensor 13 that detects the amount the boom is raised; and a controller 100 that controls a control signal for the first pump volume increasing valve 51a on the basis of the amount of swinging and the amount the boom is raised. During boom raising operations, the control signal is controlled by the controller so that the discharge flow rate of the first hydraulic pump 2a increases as the amount of swinging increases and the rate of increase of the discharge flow rate for the first hydraulic pump 2a decreases as the amount the boom is raised increases.
