Title:
HYDROGEN ANALYSIS SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/017279
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention improves the testing time for measuring hydrogen diffusion in steel. The present invention also improves the reproducibility with which hydrogen in steel is located. A control terminal 23 controls the following devices on the basis of a predefined procedure: a solution supply and discharge control device 21, a gas supply control device 22, a first potentiostat/galvanostat 18a, and a second potentiostat/galvanostat 18b. This results in the continuous execution of a plurality of processing steps for analyzing hydrogen that diffuses from the inside to the surface of steel 100 to be measured. Further, processing for inactivating the surface of the steel 100 to be measured is carried out before main processing using a metal ion substitution method, or an inert gas is introduced into a solution during the main processing.
