Abstract:
Provided is a hydrogen water generator that can generate hydrogen efficiently with a constitution wherein positive electrodes and negative electrodes are disposed in a substantially vertical direction within a container. An electrode unit 4 having two or more positive electrodes 4A or negative electrodes 4B is supported by a generator main body cover unit 2. The generator main body cover unit 2 is grasped and the electrode unit 4 is immersed in drinking water within a drinking water container 12 such as a glass. Then, a control unit 11 applies a voltage wherein voltage supplied by a battery 8 is increased to the electrode unit 4 for a prescribed time, and electrolysis starts. At this time, a plurality of conductive pathways is formed between the positive electrodes and negative electrodes in the drinking water, thereby making it possible to generate hydrogen efficiently.
