Abstract:
In this analysis information management system, an analysis data collection unit (11) stores data acquired by analysis devices (2) in files, each file being assigned a data ID, and registers each file in a database (14). A log information collection unit (12) registers, in the database (14), log information that indicates various types of operations, device states, etc. associated with the analysis devices (2) and a client terminal (4), wherein logs relating to file operations are stored together with data IDs. When an audit trail information extraction unit (43) has received a selection of one or a plurality of data files and an instruction to create an audit trail, the audit trail information extraction unit (43) collects information including the data ID, device ID, user ID, and registration date and time, etc. associated with each data file. The audit trail information extraction unit (43) then extracts, from the database (14), sets of log information, each including the data ID associated with one of the data files, and all sets of log information that each include the device ID and user ID associated with one of the data files, and that were each acquired during the login-to-logout period encompassing the registration date and time of the respective data file. An audit trail creation unit (42) sorts the extracted log information in chronological order, creates an audit trail, and registers the created audit trail in the database (14).
