Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a hydroxylase gene F3'5'H, an encoding protein thereof, an expression vector containing an F3'5'H nucleotide sequence, and a transgenic cell line and host bacteria that contain the expression vector. Further provided in the present invention is the use of the aforementioned substances in the synthesis of myricetin and other B-ring trihydroxyflavonoids and gene engineering.
