Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a hydroxypentyl benzoic acid diester compound, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The principle of combination is used in the present application. On the one hand, the drug concentration of butylphthalide in cerebral vessels is increased by means of dextrocano having a function of promoting the passing of the drug through the blood-brain barrier, and the multiple-target and multiple-pathway synergistic cerebral protection effect of the drug is exerted; and on the other hand, the therapeutic effect of dextrocanol on cerebral ischemia is exerted simultaneously. The anti-cerebral ischemia in-vivo pharmacodynamic activity of the synthesized compound is evaluated to obtain a high-activity candidate drug, and the synthetic method can achieve industrial production.
