Abstract:
This hygiene management system (1) comprises: a monitoring device (3); a chemical liquid discharge device (4); and an output unit (29) which outputs a signal that permits the gate of a gate opening/closing device (6) installed in a building to be opened, on the condition that a chemical liquid is discharged. The monitoring device includes an imaging unit (13) which images the faces of visitors, a display unit (12) which displays the images of the visitors taken by the imaging unit; a temperature detection unit (14) which detects the infrared rays emitted from the visitors and measures the body surface temperature of the visitors, a mask recognition unit (25) which recognizes the mask worn by the visitors imaged by the imaging unit, and a transmission unit (26) which outputs a chemical liquid discharge permission signal when a first condition that the body surface temperature detected by the temperature detection unit is a predetermined value or less and a second condition that the mask of the visitor is recognized are satisfied. The chemical liquid discharge device includes a receiving unit (36) which receives the chemical liquid discharge permission signal output from the transmission unit (26), a finger detection unit (33) which detects the fingers of visitors, a chemical liquid discharge unit (34) which discharges the chemical liquid, and a discharge control unit (35) which drives the chemical liquid discharge unit to discharge the chemical liquid, when the finger detection unit detects the finger and the receiving unit receives the chemical liquid discharge permission signal.
