Provided is an ice maker, comprising a heat preservation chamber (1), a water circulation device (2) and an air circulation device (3). The heat preservation chamber (1) is internally provided with at least one ultraviolet-light-transmitting condensation pipe (11) which is internally provided with an ultraviolet light-emitting device (12). The air circulation device (3) introduces low-temperature air into the ultraviolet-light-transmitting condensation pipe (11) so as to cool a pipe wall thereof. A water inlet pipe (22) of the water circulation device (2) is in communication with a top face of the heat preservation chamber (1), and a water outlet pipe (21) of the water circulation device (2) is in communication with a bottom face of the heat preservation chamber (1), such that water flows through an external wall of the ultraviolet-light-transmitting condensation pipe (11) and is condensed into ice. In the ice maker, ultraviolet rays continuously sterilize the flowing water and the condensed ice, such that ice cubes are sterile throughout the whole forming process, thereby improving the safety of consumption of the ice cubes.
