Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an illumination device in which fluctuations in the color temperature of illumination light are suppressed, as well as a control method for the illumination device, and an imaging system. [Solution] An illumination device comprises the following: a plurality of light sources that emit light of different wavelength regions; a light monitor unit that detects the quantity of light emitted from each light source; a drive quantity calculation unit that calculates, on the basis of the light quantity detected by the light monitor unit and a target light quantity, a drive voltage or a drive current to be applied to each light source; and a drive quantity correction unit that corrects, on the basis of the light quantity of the light source with the lowest responsiveness among the plurality of light sources, the calculated drive voltage or drive current.
