Abstract:
When a person (90) is present in a chair (80) installed in an illumination area (15) of an illumination light source (12) of an illumination device (10), a notification light source (13) of the illumination device (10) is constantly illuminated in a seat occupied color. In the illumination device (10) which uses the illumination light source (12) to illuminate the chair (80) being used by the specific person (90) regarding whose presence as a visitor partner has been inquired about via an inquiry unit (40), the illumination mode and illumination color of the notification light source (13) switch from constant illumination in the seat occupied color to flashing in a notification color. Accordingly, even after leaving the display (62), a visitor (140) who has made the inquiry via the inquiry unit (40) can arrive at the location where the specific person (90) is, using as a landmark the illumination device (10) in which the notification light source is flashing in the notification color.
