Abstract:

Provided are an image acquisition device with which it is possible to capture an image of an object even outdoors, and a display device equipped with the image acquisition device. An image acquisition device 1 is provided with: a light irradiation unit capable of radiating light modulated by a modulation signal of a prescribed frequency band; photosensors 12 arrayed in matrix form, the photosensors 12 being capable of receiving light that includes reflected light of the light radiated from the light irradiation unit and reflected by an object; and a generation unit for generating, on the basis of the prescribed frequency band or the modulation signal, a DC component from the electric signal outputted from the photosensors 12 due to the light received by the photosensors 12.
