Abstract:
Provided is an image acquisition device (1) for tunnel inspection, comprising a plurality of CCD cameras (11), a plurality of auxiliary light sources (12), and a fixing support (13). The CCD cameras (11) and the auxiliary light sources (12) are fixed on the fixing support (13), and the fixing positions of the plurality of CCD cameras (11) are located on the same circular ring, such that, in a working state, the center of the circular ring is located at the position of the center of a circle of a tunnel, the plurality of CCD cameras (11) are at the same distance from a lining surface of the tunnel, and the overall photographing angle of the plurality of CCD cameras (11) covers the range of the lining surface of the tunnel. In addition, on a flaw detection mobile platform (2), by means of a computer (31), a display (32), a synchronous encoder (33) and a data acquirer (34), the functions of synchronous photographing, damage identification, real-time splicing, display, etc. can be realized for the tunnel. The acquisition device has the technical characteristics of a simple structure, a large detection range, a high timeliness, a high detection speed, a high identification accuracy, accurate inspection positioning, clear photographed images, etc. A tunnel inspection system and a tunnel inspection method are further provided.
