Abstract:
An image display method and a head-mounted display device (100, 200). The image display method comprises: obtaining first position information of an eye reference object when monitoring an eye movement (S201); determining a change of an eye observation axis (307) according to the first position information of the eye reference object (S202); and adjusting the position of a display system (106, 305) according to the change of the eye observation axis (307), and displaying a virtual image (304) associated with the position, to control a central axis (306) of the virtual image (304) to align with the eye observation axis (307) (S203). The display system (106, 305) comprises a display screen (126) and an optical component (130) coupled with the display screen (126). The present invention allows a user to view particular images after rotating eyes and can improve user immersion.
