Abstract:
A user designates a position on a map image, so that the user can see an image picked up
at the position. An image picking-up device (an image picking-up and display device
(1) or an image picking-up device (30)) set in a moving device transmits image
picking-up data together with added data including position information at
the image picking-up point to a server device so that the server device can store them.
A user of a display device (the image picking-up and display device (1) or a display
device (40)) designates a position on a map image. The display device transmits
position designation information to a server device so that the server device
retrieves image data in accordance with the position designation information and
transmits the image data corresponding to the position designation information to
the display device.The display device displays the received image data.
