Abstract:
An image encoding method and an image decoding method and device, relating to the field of image processing, which can solve the problem of insufficient flexibility of image encoding methods in the prior art. The specific scheme is: acquiring a first image, compressing the first image to generate a second image, and encoding the second image to generate a first bit stream, wherein the resolution of the second image is smaller than that of the first image; determining a parameter corresponding to the first image from a parameter database, and generating a second bit stream according to the parameter, wherein the parameter corresponds to detail information contained in the first image; and merging the first bit stream and the second bit stream into a transmission bit stream. The present application is applied to image encoding.
