Abstract:
The present invention applies a filter corresponding to an image characteristic to input image data. The present invention is provided with, in a CNN filter (107), a neural network to which one or more pieces of first-type input image data having brightness or color difference as a pixel value, and one or more pieces of second-type input image data having a value corresponding to a reference parameter for generating a prediction image or a difference image as a pixel value are inputted, and which outputs one or more pieces of first-type output image data having brightness or color difference as a pixel value.
