Abstract:
This image processing device is designed to process a group of images captured by a capsule endoscope introduced into a subject, and is provided with a determination unit for determining a region of the subject not imaged by the capsule endoscope by calculating features of the said group of images. Thus, provided are: an image processing device capable of easily specifying a region of a subject which has not been imaged by a capsule endoscope; a capsule endoscope system; a method for operating the image processing device; and a program for operating the image processing device.
