Abstract:
A device, a method, and a program for acquiring section definition information which defines a plurality of sections of a human body segmented along the body axis, and three-dimensional images including a plurality of slice images showing a cross section of the subject. On the basis of the section definition information, a section for the cross section corresponding to at least one slice image included in said three-dimensional images is specified. A coordinate value of the slice image is calculated on the basis of the specified section and a reference coordinate system wherein a coordinate value is defined for each of the sections.
