Abstract:
This image processing device includes: a pixel size acquisition means for acquiring a first pixel size and a second pixel size which are the respective pixel sizes in a predetermined axis direction of a first image and a second image imaged at different times; an assessment means for assessing whether the first pixel size and the second pixel size are different; and a determination means for determining, when the first pixel size and the second pixel size are different, the size in the predetermined axis direction of a comparison region which is a region that includes a plurality of density values in one image of the first image and the second image to be compared with the density value of a site of interest in the other image of the first image and the second image different from the one image, on the basis of the bigger pixel size of the first pixel size and the second pixel size.
