Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to streamline operations for laying out objects extracted from an image in another image, thereby reducing the workload on a user carrying out the operations. In S6, a second image attribute information extraction unit 15 extracts attribute information relating to a second image. In S7, a layout determination unit 16 determines composition positions for objects in the second image on the basis of object attribute information, object surroundings attribute information, and the second image attribute information. In S8, a correction unit 17 corrects the extracted objects and/or the second image on the basis of the object attribute information, the object surroundings attribute information, and the second image attribute information. In S9, a composition unit 18 generates a composite image in which the objects (corrected objects if the objects have been corrected) are composed at the composition positions in the second image (corrected second image if the second image has been corrected). In S10, a display control unit 20 causes a display unit 19 to display the composite image.
