Abstract:
This image processing device comprises a processor and a memory connected to or incorporated in the processor. The processor acquires, on the basis of a plurality of captured images and viewpoint information, a virtual viewpoint image indicating the appearance of a subject as the subject is observed from the viewpoint identified by the viewpoint information, and outputs, on the basis of the viewpoint information, data for causing a display to show a specific image created in a process different from that for the virtual viewpoint image and the virtual viewpoint image.
