Abstract:
The present disclosure pertains to an image processing device and method, and to an image processing system, for making it possible to curb any increase in load due to image stabilization. For predetermined frames which follow and are subsequent to a frame to be processed, the following are set: on the basis of motion prediction information, a readout region which is within a capturing region formed of a plurality of pixels and from which an image is read out; and a cutout region, from which a partial image is cut out in a readout image having been read out from the readout region set in the frame to be processed. The present disclosure can be applied, for example, to an image processing device, an image capturing device, an image processing system, or the like.
