Abstract:
The present invention provides a medical image processing device that makes adjustments, automatically and with a high degree of accuracy, to the process of extracting an image feature quantity of a lesion shadow so as to reduce the burden on a user. This image processing device presents a suspected lesion site image detected from image data captured for medical purposes. The image processing device has: an image feature label learning unit (21) for classifying image a feature label with regard to the suspected lesion site image; an image feature quantity extraction unit (23) for extracting an image feature quantity with regard to the suspected lesion site image using a learning parameter for the image feature label obtained through learning; a display unit (11) for displaying the suspected lesion site image; a user input unit (10); and an image feature label learning update unit (29) for updating the learning parameter in accordance with an input from the user input unit (10).
