Abstract:
An image processing device (3) displays an image on a display device (15, 17, 19). The image processing device is provided with an information acquiring unit, and an image creating unit. The information acquiring unit acquires first information indicating the position of a target existing at the periphery of a vehicle, and second information indicating whether the target is a target to be emphasized. The image creating unit creates an image representing the target in the position indicated by the first information. If at least a portion of the target is a target to be emphasized, the image creating unit creates the image with the target to be emphasized represented as being in the depth of field.
