An image processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises: acquiring a set of target environment images collected while an aircraft is flying along a specific trajectory, wherein the set of images comprises a plurality of images; extracting, from the set of images, a foreground portion of a target environment and the respective position of the foreground portion in corresponding images; splicing background portions of the target environment in at least some images from the set of images to generate a panoramic image of the background portion of the target environment; and generating a micro-motion image, wherein each frame of image in the micro-motion image is synthesized according to the panoramic image of the background portion and the respective position of the foreground portion in the corresponding images. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, a micro-motion image can be automatically generated according to a set of images collected by an aircraft, so that the synthesis efficiency of the micro-motion image is improved, and the automation and intelligence of the synthesis of the micro-motion image is realized.
