Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of being able to smooth printing surfaces and protect images by minimizing erosion of the images using a protective layer, this image protection method includes a protection layer forming step in which a protective layer is formed on an image layer in order to protect the image layer. The protective layer includes a resin and water or a hydrophilic organic solvent, and is formed using an ink in which the resin is emulsified or suspended in the water or hydrophilic organic solvent.
