Abstract:
An image reading device (100) comprises: an original platen (11); a first generation unit (811); a first allocation unit (812); a second generation unit (811); a second allocation unit (812); and an association unit (813). The first generation unit (811) generates a plurality of units of first image data indicating images of a first side of a plurality of originals. The first allocation unit (812) allocates, on the basis of a reference position of the original platen, a first symbol to each unit of first image data. The second generation unit (811) generates a plurality of units of second image data indicating images of a second side of the plurality of originals. The second allocation unit (812) allocates, on the basis of the reference position, a second symbol to each unit of second image data. The association unit (813) associates, on the basis of the first symbols and the second symbols, the first image data units and the second image data units.
