Abstract:
An image sensor unit 10 is provided with: a linear light source 14 which irradiates a manuscript G with light; a first erect and equal-magnification lens array 16 and a second erect and equal-magnification lens array 18 which are arranged in order from the manuscript side to receive light reflected from the manuscript G and form an erect and equal-magnification image; a slit 17 disposed on an intermediate-imaging surface between the first erect and equal-magnification lens array 16 and the second erect and equal-magnification lens array 18; a diffraction grating 19 which disperses the light emitted from the second erect and equal-magnification lens array 18; and a line image sensor 15 which receives light obtained by the dispersion by the diffraction grating 19.
