Abstract:
This image signal processing device 41 comprises a processor 411 that processes each of: a first image signal obtained by irradiating an observation target with excitation light and imaging the excitation light reflected by the observation target by means of a first imaging unit; and a second image signal obtained by imaging fluorescence from the observation target, which has been excited by the excitation light, by means of a second imaging unit. A light-receiving surface of the first imaging unit is provided with a color filter in which a plurality of filter groups, which have light separation properties differing from each other, are arrayed in a specific manner. The processor 411 processes the first image signal, calculates a reference light signal on the basis of a signal from a pixel of the first imaging unit provided with other filter groups among the plurality of filter groups, the other filter groups excluding a filter group corresponding to the wavelength band of the color closest to the wavelength of the excitation light, and normalizes the second image signal by means of the reference light signal.
