Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an imaging device that, when a comparison is made between an analog pixel signal and a predetermined reference signal, can suppress an error of a reverse timing of the comparison result. [Solution] The imaging device according to the present disclosure is provided with: a load current source; a comparator that is disposed between the load current source and a signal line for transmitting an analog pixel signal read from a pixel and that makes a comparison between the analog pixel signal and a predetermined reference signal; and a negative capacitor circuit that is connected to the signal line. The load current source has two cascode-connected transistors. The negative capacitor circuit applies, via a capacitive element, a voltage of the signal line to a common connection node of the two transistors of the load current source, without reversing a logic.
